IMPORTANT – NEED TO READ: Assembly is required. We ship these via Road Runner Transportation, Dependable Highway Express, or EDI Transportation. These are delivered by large 18 wheeler trucks. The length of the driveway or street you live on may affect the delivery. The freight companies only offer curbside delivery. It will be up to the customer to bring inside home. You must provide a valid phone number. The freight company will not deliver these without a scheduled appointment and they need to call you to make the appointment. You must provide the correct address. Once these are shipped, the freight company will charge a very expensive re-routing fee at the buyer’s expense if the wrong address is provided. Amazon’s estimated time of arrival is just an estimate. Depending on where you live, shipping can take longer than the ETA provided. If a customer cancels an order because it is due to arrive after the ETA, the customer will be charged the original freight cost and the cost to re-route back to us. We offer returns within 30 days of delivery. We charge a 15% restocking fee and buyer pays for return shipping. If you are unable to accept delivery or change your mind before receiving the unit, you are responsible for the re-route shipping charge back to us, and the original shipping charge we paid.
